    they cut an paste pictures an backgrounds and use art programs to enhance, shade, resize, blend an whatever.....they have all kinds of downloads of letter styles an different shit. some id call artists, some just have good art programs.....born invincible, hertz deep, ozmosis, chopsticks, razorsharp are some of the best at it. they're artists, especially hertz, he's got crazy visions. born is my favorite, he can make shit look unreal, its cool. razors got alot of skill an visions too. chops an oz are nice as hell. ask razor for one, since your new u might hook up.

    Photshop is the tool, throw in a lil' Cinema 4D, a lil' Illustrator and it'll be just fine
