Go to court and present another parallel court case outcome in the past that got a lesser penalty and the judge would laugh at you.

Show someone both sets of photos (yours and Jaspers) and ask them which ones should be permitted, there will be a small percentage favoring one over the other. (Obviously don't do that here)
