Some things your video points out are true, for example, the flood. As for the rest, it's propaganda and a little nonsense mixed in for flavor.

For one, in north America, many of the tribes don't believe they came from a serpent, or a dragon, or a snake for that matter. However, that doesn't mean that reptilian origin isn't in their beliefs.
