It's hard to say who's the best MC, but if they say Eminem is the best right now, then I can only agree with it cuz he's a dope MC for sure....
And yeah it seems there are still people with some knowledge of Hip-Hop cuz there was those "rappers" like Lil'Wayne, T.I., Kanye West and Jay-Z in the list so luckily they didn't win and a Real MC got voted as the Best Rapper alive....

But Eminem does have a big mainstream following as well.... But right THAT stuff makes him great, cuz he gets respect from tru Hip-Hop Headz as from mainstream listeners....
There's some rappers like that too, DMX for example but DMX ain't lyrically as dope as Eminem....
