Dont have the album yet but it seems some people have given it a chance and not thought the album was shit the first instance they heard a bad chorus. Does U-God lyrically do good on this album?

Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.

i see a lot of people talking about the chorus, fuck, all it's about nowadays is the hook and beats. i can understand that if a hook is annoying, or if the beat's weak that's good enough reason to complain, but i haven't seen anyone say anything about a good verse here, good lines there. damnit i listen to Hiphop for the lyrics, i wanna know how it does there.
