^^ They still gotta choreograph the fight scenes, otherwise people would just end up getting hurt. I know I wouldn't want to catch a stray elbow of Tony Jaa's on the jaw, that's for sure. You're right about it being no strings hardcore action though, so in a way it isn't chroeographed, in the traditional hollywood sense anyway.

its mos defintely choreographed. just cuz ong bak had no ropes or special effects doesnt mean they spent any less time choreographing it. in fact its quite the contrary. they took extra time to plan out all of the stunts and movies very carefully to minimize injury. those are pro stuntmen, those guys are trained by Panna Rittikrai (choreographer) to know how to take those hits properly while minimizing the level of injury. ong bak was choreographed in very much the same way that old 80s/early 90s jackie chan and sammo hung films were. those 2 n*ggas put stuntmen in hospital beds every day with the hardcore stunts and action they do...ong bak, to me, really just felt like a throwback to the 80s action.

tony jaa did an awesome job in ong-bak, so i cant wait to see what he would be like while doing double handed sword fighting...sounds amazing, cant wait
