I like the track they had with Redman.
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.

I remember when the CLint Eastwood track first dropped....used to stay smoking to that track and playing Spades. Never fucked with them much other than that track..but they were talented. They must've fallen off by now.

Who doesnt like the Gorillaz, they got lots of appeal to more than just the hip hop audience.

Actually, they haven't. They progressed much by their second album, and after that Albarn discontinued the project to prevent it from falling off. I was at the same time sad and glad they did that, now their legacy will not be spoiled by wack album.
