it's actually "...a hundred flocks...", hence the percentage. I believe he uses this same line on "knock knock" if im not mistaken. I would believe it to refer to 70% of the rappers in the game now got mother goose rhymes (reference Wu Tang Forever prelude before Triumph). The rest is just clever wordplay, i think.

Ever seen winter jackets that have a label that say "triple goose feathers" or something. Jackets like that actually have goose feathers inside for warmth.
