I slept on this dude, I didnt get it, and after a few drinks me and some mates were bumping a lot of bay shit cause the hyphy beats kill it. Mac Dre came on and it just hit, this dude is one of the best, its not metaphors and shit, but this guy is an MC - He runs a crowd.

I live in the Bay Area and i can't think of anybody under 25 years of age who doesn't know who Mac Dre is. He is alright, over-rated cuz he's dead, but the cat DID introduce a whole new genre of slang and a genre of music. Hyphy, ghost ridin the whip, stunna shades, dookie-braid dreds, radio songs about extacy and masturbation, etc...

Mac Dre is the ODB of the Bay Area. His personality, dude is fuckin hilarious. Check out "Treal TV" 1 & 2. I guess I could say I'm a closet fan of this dude, not exactly the forum to say you like this type of music.
