What can you guys in the know tell me about this group?

Ironworkers Guild - March of the Martyrs (The Official MixTape)

Their album is on ChamberMusik so does this mean they are Wu-Fam or at least very very loosely connected Wu-Fam?

Judging by the snippets of the 5 tracks they sound alright to me.

NOTHING as good as the Clan which they are claiming they are, but still good.

So whats the deal on these Brothers?

No Wu-Tang affiliation, that blurb on the Chamber Musik site about the mixtape was taken from a CD review in a local entertainment guide. The only similarities between Ironworkers Guild (IWG) and the Wu-Tang Clan is the amount of band members (9) and that soulful, choppy, golden age hip hop sound (for which Wu-Tang was certainly an inspiration). And it's not 'Chamber Musik presents', we're just selling our mixtapes on that site. We are also working with Wisemen on a couple upcoming joints.
