maybe because the members you see with quotes in their sigs are vets and vats, or fags in usergroups.
^^According to your post, normal members like me can't put a quote in his/her signature? Wow! That's pretty messed up.

obviously we can do things you cant... if we couldnt, whats the point of having vat status? vats are mainly people that were here before the crash.. and since most of lost our accounts, we get rewards...
its not that we dont care, its just we decided to give those others more priviliges.
