is throwing Rachel out of the window and Batman jumps after her, catches

her in the air and I'm thinking: "Oh, he'll catch her, pull out his pistol,

shoot the hook upwards and saves em...". But no - he'll reaches her they

start to twist in the air and they land on the cab without a single scratch

or even broken bone. My question is: How the fuck is this possible when

Nolan's Batman is supposed to be near reality!?!?!?!

I got one, transformers, last fight scene, Optimus catches Sam falling off the building, but then Megatron jumps on Optimus and they fall about 15 stories together, my question is, how is Sam not liquid after they hit the ground?

That's because Batman's cape broke his fall when he landed on the van, crushing it. It's the same thing when he saved Rachael. His cape is high-tech (his gloves send an electric current through the cape, basically becoming a glider). He caught Rachael and used one hand to make the cape expand, breaking their fall.
