The track is off the album Kollage by Bahamadia...she is the first mc that spits...you might recognize her from her verse on Extertions (Remix) off of Violent by Design...she was also part of the Gang Starr foundation back in the day with people like group home, jeru, and big shug

Her debut album was Kollage its got production by primo, guru, and the roots and some others...its a tight album

I dont know much about the other 2 emcees on the track except that the secnd one is K-swift and the third is Mecca Star
