Pork is just meat like cow, chicken or whatever. Humans are also flesh eaters, so eating pork is very normal. If you don't eat pork I don't have a problem with that, but it doesn't make any sence. It's just all flesh. In Asia they eat dogs for example. It's just culture and some religions made it something religious.

pork has scientifically proven to be a food which is not healthy in the long term, so when u eat it in small amounts fair enough.. nuin happens as we see it at face value..

but the effects we cannot comprehend as when we get ill... we wudnt think that the ham we ate couple of years back could have contributed 2 ur illness...

i don't eat pork too much, but i still know that it does nothing bad to you if you control your consumption of it. One must eat meat if he doesen't want to be skinny. of course best choice is beef.

the fact u said the best choice is beef suggests that,
there are different meats with different levels of usefulness and if there is a best as u said.. there can be a worst...
