Beware
The Wicked Woman,
She’s smarter than you know.
She’s higher on the food chain,
And she’ll leave you feeling low.
She seems mild though she’s wild.
To the naked eye she’s… sweet.
But she’ll stomp through your heart,
Wearing red stiletto cleats.
She’s a walking disaster,
Held together by a corset.
If destruction was a product,
She’d be perfect to endorse it.
She has fire where her eyes should be.
A steel trap for a mind.
While standing right in front of you,
She sneaks up from behind.
Beware the wicked woman.
She is closer than you know.
And when she strikes,
You cannot say,
I did not tell you so.
The winds are whispered secrets of the world.
Listen and you may hear them as they whirl.
They blow and toss your hair about your face,
And tell you of their travels place to place.
Stand still and hear of things beyond the sea.
Hear of things that were and things to be.
Tell the wind the troubles of your day.
She’ll blow a kiss and carry them away.
But give with care your secrets to the wind.
For she has no control of where they land.
Before I leave you
Now before I exit stage right
Here before you
Before someone turns off the spotlight
I was honored
To have played a role upon your stage
Remember me
Pass my performance on from age to age
You had the best seat in the house
Drive Safely.
I also liked the 'Looping' a lot, and it was probably my favorite, although all are good. i love the way you write and give such clear images. this is some really fantastic stuff. that wicked woman one was also pretty amazing. keep this up!!
