well yes...it's possible to understand where yer comming from...but in the case of Grandmasters i think it is an instant classic...if material like supreme clientele is considered classic this shit is fucking classic cause it's much better...

Look up "Classic" In the dictionary kid.... I said it before and I'll say it again. There is no such thing as an "Instant Classic".. The Gza/Muggs album is Excellent, no doubt.. But to be calling it a classic is just too much. Wait at least 3-4 years see if peeps is still talking about it like it just came out for example... Illmatic, Cuban Linx, 36 Chamber, Doggystyle etc.. You get the picture... It's gotta be able to stand the test of time.

black market militia wasn't as good as i'd hoped, dangerdoom is shit hot but grandmasters is better. I haven't yet decieded if this or tragedy khadafi's new album is my favourite this year.
that said, i don't think the rhymes on grandmasters are as sharp as they were on both liquid swords albums.

This Album is 90s WU-TANG and will be heavily slept on by todays hip-hop audience....this is something for true wu-heads...shit is 2 dope, its to bad that this album will not be appreciated the way it should be.....best wu product since supreme clientele

Nope, an album is a classic if it fits into the definition of classic, regardless of whether you happen to like it or not. History labels cd's classic not you. If there is something that is a classic and you don't like it then thats your problem cuz its still a classic regardless. If something hasn't even been released yet and you label it a classic then again thats your problem cuz it is NOT a classic as history hasn't even written itself yet.

Learn to distinguish between personal preference and fact. You like or dislike something is personal preference, saying something is classic is not your personal preference - it MUST be fact.
