Yes and no! Its the same deal as always "Use only the Samples provided" which as you say are the original samples used for the beat, but the accapella has been provided as an extra sample so you can chop it up and use it or do a remix with it but still only using the provided samples. I hope that clears it up for you fam, if not get at me!!
