Well its just a central mid position, enabling him to do some total football.

i'm suprised at the lack of Pele on people's lists

no doubt. zidane totti and maradonna arent providing much if any cover to the D, someone in that mid has to.

me thinks it would be a high scoring game your team would be involved in that is for shore.

i think people for the most part have been trying to keep it to players theyve seen in their lives.

its always been said pele is the best and what not, but if you never saw him play its hard to say.

Ok swap Patrik Viera in for Totti do you think, and put Cruyff in the attack position and have Viera sit behind in a diamond

i need a better right back to, i only put him in cus he's fast as lightning. Im going to go for Zambrotta, he was amazing in the World Cup. By the way the players i have picked im picking them as though they are in their prime.

But who's the best right back ever?

yea i hear you, thats how i did my alltime list. it was those players at the height of their careers.

cafu i dont think can be fucked with. i put zanetti just because of what a machine he is. zambrotta would also be a legitimate pick in my opinion.

but these are also guys of the last 20 years, there prob is other really good ones i never saw play

Thuram didnt attack it enough, but he was much more solid at the back you're right. But people have put him down already.

Zico is on the bench for Cruyff

zambrotta>panucci all day every day. not a question.

as sza said thuram wasnt a threat out of the back. it depends on what system you want to play. steadfast back line or one with wing backs.
