after repeated viewings i think i finally understand the storyline of this movie. a friend of mine lent me his dvd and inside it had 10 clues to unlocking the story. definitely made a difference since i was looking for the clues in the scenes. imo diane is real and the first 2/3rds of the movie are a dream. Then when she wakes up we are told how she got in her predicament through flashbacks.

Still ranked the best film of the 21st century, according to film critics and film historians. Who knows how long that’s going to last, but it’s beaten everyone so far. Coming to 4K next week and film buffs are excited

There’s a new poll coming out next year for the greatest films of all time. Citizen Kane, Vertigo, The Godfather Will certainly be there, but Mulholland Drive about to kick serious ass. It’s from Sight & Sound, the most important movie poll ever, so when they make it official, nobody can bitch about it

Mulholland drive is a classic. I guess I didn't it know critics consider it to the best ever. I would think it comes down to a personal preference when it comes to what it someone's all time favorite film.
