This reminds me a little bit of "radiorap"
    "RnB" Rap & Bullshit.
Meth & Red are excellent rappers, they shouldnt waste their talent to this Club Rap,Let the Flo-rida do it!

A-yo's chorus made me wanna hang myself.....

Very refreshing album. Not surprised though... its Red and Meth. The Production is real fly too. I was maybe expecting another Math beat, maybe one RZA... You know just to make it officially blackout 2! lol. All good though. Four Minutes tol Lock Down SICK!!!! I m Dope Nigga, Hav dropped a beast of a beat. CRAZY!!

I give the album a 4/5.... very dope listen overall.

Maybe I ll do a track by track after a few more listens.

    im not fellinng the album.

I love the intro. ithink its the best track of the album. probaly mathamethics is to blame.

a yo is good. i wish the trumpet was louder.

    dangerous mind is pretty good.

city lights is a sellout song.

    internatinoal is nice.

that track where they say yeah yeah yeah.

who knows maybe it will grow on me.

The album isn’t as good as the first Blackout!, but still a bangin album. There really isn’t any skips, so it’s to play all the way through. Some lacking beats really get saved from Mef & Red’s verses. I would have this in my top 10 (maybe 15) of 2009.

Top 5: A-Yo, City Lights, Father’s Day, Dis Iz 4 All My Smokers (fav) , Four Minutes To Lock Down

    Grade (3.7/5) B+

^^ yeah this will definitely be in the top 10-15 albums this year.. it's definitely a real banger, Red & Meth both rip it hard as fuck and they is following the times without fucking up too much (except for a few tracks at the end that has lacking beats). But joints like "Ayo", "Intro", "I'm Dope Nigga", "Mrs. Interational", "4 Minutes to Lockdown", "Dangerous MC's", etc makes up for a few weaker joints.

    4/5

the problem for me regarding meth collabing w/ red is.... although i do recognize red as a dope lyricist (but not as good as he used to be), he's on that wacky / always playing / goofy tip. and that just aint my thing. i realize meth has different styles. he can go from serious/dark/dramatic (which is what i want) to the redman goofiness.
i just dont dig that vibe. lyrically, BO-1 is a 10/10. but the album overall is a 8/10 b/c of the beats (not a fan of e.sermon).
BO-2 is even worse. again, lyrically its a 8.5/10. red has improved over his 2006 - '08 stuff. meth is still a killer killer killer MC, but........ remember the 1st time u heard meth's verse from "box in hand" on 'ironman' and his verse from "shadowboxing" ? it knocked u out of your seat!! ALL his verses used to do that (it was his charisma)! meth is still a lyrical beast, but the recent lack of charisma has led to his verses being not as memorable.... its killed his "wow factor" for the most part.
and then the beats on BO-2...... fuck!!!! despite some of them being borderline-whack, i personally hate the "14 tracks / 10 producers" approach to making albums (NO cohesion)!
its WAY more commercial-sounding than BO-1. i thought meth learned his lesson from "tical 0".

i give it a 5/10 (mediocre). i'll never learn the lyrics to this album b/c the beats keep discouraging me from popping it in.
