    ent too sure bowt the internet...

    but with rappers it depends on the context it is used, if a white rapper was doing a political/socially aware song and talks about how black people are calling each other nigga, or how there are still racist people that use the word etc .... itz all good, but if a white rapper released a diss track to, say flo rida, and called him a nigga they would get burned at the stake
