When I saw the trailers 4 this I thought this movie would be wack as fuck
Terrence Howard (lead ch DJ) is a good actor, but I was still waiting 4 the bootleg or DVD release.
So when H&F came the to 1$ Show ( a movie theater that plays movies several weeks after there release for the price of $1.00) I figured wtf its only a dolla.
So I got dusted & went.
2 my surprise the movie turned out to be good & not just cuz weeded.

I saw it man, I think it had a real great story. A good inspiring movie, just showing a guy going somewhere with his dream. Hollywood finally got to see a hip hop movie with a positive message, without all the cheesy shit. It was dope

I was anti this movie all the way, i thought it was gonna be another rap movie. But after seeing it, I was very pleased with the outcome. Definitly had a good story line, the acting was good. Worth the $8 admission.

This was a very very good movie. One of my favorites this year. The previews did look wack, but I think they promoted it wrong.
