ANYONE PLANNING TO BUY THE NEW DVD READ THIS:

the new dvd that just came out is a drastically different version than the original theatrical version. the new dvd has cut out several scenes from the film and replaced them with new comic story board edits (ala creepshow). so you can be watching the film and then it'll cut to a comic book rendition of the next couple of scenes before going back to the original film. also, any of you diehard fans will know that when they used to show the Warriors on tv years ago, they had scenes that never appeared in the movie. those scenes were only added to the european release of the dvd.

one more thing, in regards to the comic book edits, the dvd doesn't give you the option to watch the film the way it originally appeared. me personally, i'd stick with the original dvd that came out, but to each their own.

    just a heads up!!

^^not to many extras, the directors just talks about the impact the movie had and the effect it had on the youth when it debuted. The game looks good, but in the back of my mind I think its gonna be River City Ransom 05. All my old heads remeber that shit from NES days.

I got it. The opening scene is just like the movie, the graphics arent bad and the gameplay is pretty good. I didnt see any flaws, but then again I only played it for like 20 mins. Gone are the days when I would beat half the game the first day I got it.

when you beat this you get a bonus game called "Armies of the Night". It has the same moves and combat controls but its a side scroll brawler like Streets of Rage type where you play as Swan 2nd player is Ajax. It starts off with the Riffs knockin Mercy in the stomach an takin her like the OG Double Dragon.
