Yep the name will be The Nacirema Dream (Nacirema : American spelled backward), that's all I know. It seems that he isn't dropping alot of songs/freestyle on mixtape right now, maybe he's working on the album.

I think he's better than saigon, he's more original. Saigon is dope but he's like a new tupac (same subjects, sometimes thuggish, sometimes political etc...) he doesn't bring anything really new.
