I was there first hand so here's what went down.....
INS stood by his diss and said "Fuck Joe Budden" and clowned Joe while onstage with Rae, Raekwon on the other hand later stated to the crowd that he and Joe had talked and Joe appologized to him, so basically there was no beef between the two of them.
