pretty much sums up the album...
although it is his 2nd best album. hes pretty consistent throughout the tracks though and if you bang the album straight through its pretty nice. its just that it is quite forgetable and boring, especially as you listen to it more. i listened to it the first few weeks it came out and forgot about it till now.
I like it a lot.
De mijne is 4x duurder!
If this album had all the wu members and maybe street and priest rapping in those guest spots it would be classic. I get tierd of eveyone else all over the album. But dope album.
Yo!
I was accually finally able to find a copy of this album two days ago. Funny I couldent find a copy back in Flint or Detroit, but I was able to get it in a store at a fuckin military base. Go figure. They also had Dom Pachino, Brooklyn Zu and shit like that, so Chambermusik must have a deal with the chain
I easily put it as Cap's second best solo. Altho even in saying that, there is a MAJOR gap between this album and The Pillage. Dont get it twisted folks.
'life's a gamble' is a wu-tang classic
GOLDEN ARMS REDEMPTION
'Forked tongue make painful kisses...........and fam, when you talk, then the angels listen.'
In all honesty I had completely forgotten about it. I thought it was ok, definately a step up from his last shit but it's some way off from being on the same level as the pillage.
I will be honest though, I just think Cap is real wack now. I just don't like anything he has been on in the last few years. His verses on 8D were some of the shittiest i've heard in a long time.
"I pledge allegiance to the hip hop"Method Man
the pillage = most overrated wu album of all time
