Ya, I've had experiences like that before. None recently.

Maybe it could indicate an inner change you're going through.

maybe its a glimpse into the higher faculties of your mind like instantaneous knowledge or superconsciousness. maybe trying to analyze it inhibits it instead of dwelling in it?

if anything in my opinion, seeing as the multiple dimension theory is pretty widely accepted, prolly an overlap of the dimensions, etc...

ive had deja vu quite a bit myself

I think de ja vu is simply us as humans being creatures of routine, we often do the same shit over and over with a variable two changing. So when we do something that we have done already with a slight difference we may forget about, but we subconsciously we remember.

i always thought de ja vu was something you dreamed about, then when it happens it turns out it was a dream you couldn't remember.

i've had at least one dream come true, and holy fuck was it shocking.

its actually a benefit and testament to our evolutionary history.

Our brains are pre programmed to quickly (but loosely) try to look for patterns, symmetry and recognizeable events and then make a quik fix prediction on the outcome. De ja vu is a natural extension of this hold over from our early hominid past!

If a creature has the ability to recognize patters and similarities, anything disimmilar will instantly be recognizeable.... (keep in mind that if you live amongst the harshness of nature, something dissimilar could mean death or inability to pass your genes into the next generation.)

i have a chapter on de ja vu in my new book "Misbelief" due out Jan 2010. Please cop.
