i think the all time greatest at putting his social feelings and beliefs across to the audience was Pac, no doubt. plus he delivered with unmantched feeling and emotivness. plus he wasnt trying to be "a rapper". it just happened to be what he expressed thru.

as for the best rapper aswell, idk, alot of concious rappers are also happen to be good rappers aswell

YES, Ice Cube was one of the first gangsta rappers, but he was also socially aware, people can be more than 1 thing, KRS ONE made some gangsta songs, so did Public Enemy, Scarface made shitloads of gangsta song, same as 2Pac.....so u still are a tard, and your list sucks....
