Rae just wrote on his twitter that he completed three new songs. hopefully it's for the wu massacre. and there better be more ghost and a little less rae/meth on the album
yo before you motherfuckers flame the hell outta me i just wanna say this:
i LOVE the original track. it's a cool concept (battle) track with one of RZA's classic beats.
OB4CL2 was a straight record and i keep it on rotation in my ride. the only part of it i wasnt satisfied with is penitentiary since the beat is just one repeating thump (shit's annoying).
and i generally try and stay optimistic about new Wu releases.
with all that being said.....
Meth VS Chef 2 is straight garbage.
the beat needs to be EQed better, i don't mind an obscure beat but this doesnt even sound like that good professional raw. sounds amateur. and the flow on it lyrically is good but switching off that often on such a beat is just awkward.
i still have hope for the record, and will still got a copy and pay for a 40$ concert ticket anyways, but in my OPINION, this is a horrible track to try and get people hyped for the record.
