Similar Lines Sharking of Rhymes

When battling and you see a line that may be similar to an artist does that AUTOMATICALLY MEAN HE IS DISQUALIFIED??
Or if it is exactly the same word for word do we consider that a forfeit or Disqualification??

he used the same words and I called him out but Spok3n found the verse and it was similar but still different...It made me think a lot of users can do the same thing

Everything I write is straight off the top of my head, if somethings similar idk it's gotta be coincidential. If I hear something that sounds familiar in my verses I try to google it to see if something pops up na mean.

IMO........

You enter the battlefield (which says do not enter unless lyricaly gifted). Therefore you should not have to bite someone else's rhyme you gotta use your own (lyricaly gifted).

If its a 100% word for word bite = Disqualification.

Its its a bite but not word for word = eg.. Lose one vote which means you need one more.

Ofcourse just an idea but just so we can get some kind of structure to the above topic. People help out to work out some SOLID rules. I know its quite a touchy/opinonated topic thats why we need solid structure so that it doesn't bend cause I can see people bending it.

So we need to work out something fair that the majority agree on.
