i was thinking about making a thread about positive thought actually
might just drop some shit in here soon i gotta gather some resources and a beer
eating correctly already goes without explanation -
but most people dismiss their thoughts as not physically affecting anything when they do
our thoughts are the physical matrices for what is going to take place (ie, thinking that you are going to get sick will aid you in getting sick/ the opposite will have the opposite effect)
people who pray put themselves in a trance state (that's all prayer is) and when you put a deep belief of something you think must come true in your head while in a trance state - it will actually work some of the time (obviously not all the time)
and they thus equate a positive outcome as a "miracle" when that "miracle" could have been prevented by correct thought/ diet in the first place
or like you said - corrected with correct thought/ diet

about the smiling thing - its something very simple that people don't notice -
you cannot manifest an emotion without it's corresponding bodily expressions
as well as breath -
strong emotions are results of short, tense breaths in the upper chest. you gotta slow it down, relax the tension and breathe through your abdomen.
shyness, anger, hatred, joy, ect are all results of the same thing but we give them different names
also negative thoughts shouldn't be repressed (while still justifying them) they should be ignored
I believe that. That's actually how I try and live day by day. Regardless of how shitty my day can be, I make light of it and continue thinking positive.
I have been around sick people and not catch their symptoms or sickness. With proper eating, hygiene, and attitude; it'll benefit you most. I also take multi-vitamin, vitamin C, fish oil, and calcium to make up for my lack of intake. Though its been proven that vitamins are a money making pharmaceutical type scam, I believe it helps in aiding my well being and have seen great results in how I feel. Could I feel the same w/o the vitamins, probably so.
These pass 2-3 years, I have gotten 1 sore throat but it didn't linger and stick around like most. I didn't even get the normal cough that follows afterwards. I actually think my throat some how became irritated and wasn't an actual germ. I dunno.
Maybe its my taste for coffee. Or my occasional drinking sessions. Who knows. Love life.

ATM, i'm contemplating abstaining from tobacco weed and alcohol for good.
i should say "preparing to" instead of contemplating.

tobacco and weed don't even require effort for me to stay away from nowadays
alcohol on the other hand.........
Alcohol is great if you don't abuse it. Youngs Double Chocolate Stout or Tetleys English Ale for me. Murphy Irish Stout is good too. Don't trip. Its part of my healthy diet.

definitely not getting drunk 5 days a week like i used to
