I've been @ war with the credit union for 5 years about my insurence I proved to them that I had. Insurence dates papper work ...it all shows and prove with no laps but these people act as if I'm wrong even with my proof of evidence ..I thought that companies value customers but as of now I see that they don't ..no one will step up and say he or she dropped the ball and how should we compensate this cutomer for what we've been putting him thru for 5 years my truck is almost payed off I'm suppose to have that done in less than 9 months I could even pay it off in the next to months but they act like they wanna keep me in this position . First word comes to mind is lawyer this is what has been pissen me off for 5 years . And when they called me today they told me. Me that the hold up on fixing my problem is because my insurence company hasn't answerd the phone lol what kind of crock of shid iz that. You mean to tell me know one has answerd the phone in 4 years !!!! A phone call smh people piss me off !!!!!!!!! I feel relieved !!!! Haahahahh
