I don't get it. "The Real Nigeria"? You are referring to religious violence in one place in the country. No one place is the real anything as a stand-in for a larger place.

the killings, as do all religious killings happened in Jos (the middle belt, or 'middle of the country). Jos is an extremely beautiful place with remarkably fertile land and the local tribe (every nigerian state has a major tribe, some tribes like Igbo Yoruba and Hausa span several states) is small and ignorable.
the problem is the muslims (fulanis) are nomads by nature and don't have a home state. Since they have been roaming around Jos before Nigeria existed the believe its a 'northern' or muslim state and they are the real locals.
on the other hand, igbos and yorubas have settled the area, built businesses and were farming the land around the same time fulanis were moving in.
differences fulanis are nomads and didn't use to care about who owns the land, and now that they've decided that being a nomad is gay they're trying to claim shit that isn't theirs, NOR the igbos and yorubas.
Yorubas are pussies by nature and passive. they avoid conflict at all costs and make cowardly and underhanded deals to do so.
Fulani impose themselves in the form of islam, are hideously illiterate and have no aspirations outside of whipping cows and controlling others. They're prone to violence
Igbos are low down dirty sneaky double crossing caniving motherfuckers. They're grossly insensitive, have a superior attitude towards other tribes and though they own most of the businesses and enterprise RARELY hire outside of their tribe cause they feel the others are incompetents, which they are except some yorubas. They're also hot headed, extremely pushy/demanding, and very materialistic.
with those chess pieces in place, the conflict went as following.
and igbo man was selling land.
an hausa (a tribed owned by the fulanis) wanted the land
the igbo guy goes "LOL no dude, you're muslim ahahaa"
the Hausa guy goes back to his fulani/hausa homies and throw a bomb in a church the guy doesn't attend because of this (this is their mentality)
The igbos are used to this happening and have been stock piling machine guns for years now because hausas fight arrows and torches (yeah dude, seriously)
so a few months ago, in retaliation, the Igbos pulled the secert stash out and fucking annihilated the shit out of them
the yorubas, though there were just as many yorubas dying as igbos, didn't clap back, leaving christians outnumbed but still pulling WAY higher body counts.
it all ends when the government says CHILL faggots and starts shooting ppl that are out past curfew. Hence the video ya'll saw not too long ago where the nigerian police officers are shooting the ppl.
PROBLEM. the police and miltary is muslim, cause they're violence prone and don't go to school.
so the justice was lob sided.
THEN when it all ended, out of nowhere, these new fags kill 500 christians.
