    on two computers, separate internet connections, in threads ive never clicked on before, it is telling me 'you have already rated this thread' and half the time the thread doesnt even have a fucking ratingLOL! watsthadeal my friend?

    That is a known bug from the version the forum is on. It makes it so a thread can only be voted once in. I was thinking of turning ratings off but then I might forget to put them back when the forum gets upgraded. Tomb informed me that sometime the forum will be upgraded to VBulletin 4.
