Although 40 Water isn't what he once was, he is by far not the wackest rapper. I still bump the mail man and in a major way. When 40 was doing that mob music and had mike mosely ant banks and studio ton doing the beats, 40 was untouchable. Whoever said Scarface is wack needs to go ahead and kill themselves or stop listening to hip hop. Sic wid it records was off the hook in the early 90's.
