    Pretty much a modern day Godzilla story line. I think pacific rim action sequences were better ..but I think this one played more into the old school fight scenes.. 7/10. I'd maybe rent it once or twice.. And I'm a huge Godzilla fan

    Big pay off at the end which kinda saved it.

    "Pacific Rim" delivered on what it set out to do in my opinion.
    However, I can't say this film did, all be it a different style, the balance was way off.

    I thought it was great little bit of drama and a lot of darkness. I think they had to reintroduce Godzilla this way. Apparently the film did so well they confirmed a sequel so chances are they'll get right into the action in the second one.

    Comments make me wanna watch it. Thanks for the update on the film! First American reboot had some horrible acting. Action sequences were okay.
