Its actually cool that Brazil and Argentina lost, cause now its almost sure that a European team is gonna win, which has never happened in a World Cup that didn't take place in Europe.

i tell you what any player would have done the same thing in that position. he got a red card and Ghana got the penalty. no need to ban him from the World Cup. Also the ref didnt give Uruguay a blatant penalty in the first half of extra time.

Ghana were given the chance to win and somehow they fucked it up. i couldnt believe it. the penalties they missed were awful. the one by Mensah i just didnt understand. you knew he was going to miss it, you just dont score from a one step run up unless you send the keeper the wrong way.

but man i feel really bad for Gyan this is gonna haunt him for the rest of his life.

a Germany - Holland final would probably be the most epic of all the possible match ups.

to be honest there are no clear cut favourites. Uruguay are a dark horse and what we know is that this is football and anything can happen.

Spain on paper should destroy all teams before them. but they are not firing on all cylinders, if it wasnt for David Villa i doubt Spain would have made it out of the 2nd round. they are struggling to find goals, Torres is off and just doesnt look right. Against Paraguay they were lucky cause Paraguay had some excellent chances and they couldnt score. give those chances to ze Germans and from what we have seen so far ze Germans will punish you.

but still this Spanish team has too many good players and they keep the ball so well. my brain says Spain will lift the cup. i would want Holland to win it cause after all these years they are the Euro team which deserves to lift it based on how unlucky they were before. based on the tournament and the team that deserves to win it you gotta say ze Germans deserve it the most. they have played the best football, they have shown great team play and moments of individual skill to. and hey Ozil to me is as Turkish as i am, this is the only way i will ever see a Turk lift the world cup lol.

if torres was in good shape and wasnt hurt
then spain would have a better chance vs ze germans
spains defense is also shaky at times
