It's been a while since I've been able to read my thoughts. I miss that. My skills always elevate after hearing my second voice. Thanks you for speaking.


I wonder what the world would be like if indigenous people held down their nations
For thousands of years they've had peaceful ship trades until the meeting with pale faces
Men cloned from grease monkeys and albinos on the "so called island of Patmos"
Un-natural beings now grown to the all eye seeing, the originators and benefactors of toast
I can go on for days on how I want to instill in the youth the truth of this planets origins
But I wonder why when I start to tell the truth my views are greeted so foreign
I'm an African with the heart of Mandela and the spirit of General Nat Turner
I know that the Earth would breathe a sigh of relief once we begin to learn her and properly love her

My being is bound by darkness on a quest to receive the light
explorations of exploitations attempt to blind my sight
divine rights reach new heights
an unfathomable flight
with an unknown destination
most will board without hesitation
laying down the crumbled foundation of a lost nation
every plan in which they’ve partaken
leads us closer to desecration
contemplations of consciousless pagans
leave the just to suffer the endless ramifications
the best of us now forced to wear badges of defamation
character assassination
the whole world now views us with the deepest sentiments of disgust
we want more, so we take more, an insatiable lust
no sense of trust, more like a well disguised terrorist
reeking havoc blacker than the plague, but most of us are oblivious
like these weapons of mass destruction, our "word" is non-existent
speaking with forked tongues- and trickery of magicians
Politicians ...
they bring division amongst the hearts and minds of men
beginning with our decision to allow these tyrants in
we can’t win
not when they have an infinite reach that knows no end
forever bathing, but yet uncleansed of their inexorable sins
betrayal of friends - outcaste - unable to make amends
inflicted wounds so slow to heal, those that do are reopened
my mind spins, dizziness sets in,
I falter on my feet
inner strength is now weak, inner voice unable to speak
I beseech thee to set us free
from your clutches of iniquity
for your acts of depravity will enslave us for an eternity
on my knees I begin to plead
the cries of a desperate daughter with a heart that bleeds
hoping all will heed
before it’s to late,
our fate sealed shut behind an unyielding gate .....

your lyrics are good... you have an excellent balance of vocabulary in this piece, and it was very desriptive, which is what i like to see... i like to have visual interpretation of any verse i read or hear, otherwise it just doesn't hold my attention... it read like spoken word to me, and i think it's a great poem... you did a good job settin' the 'mood'; if you were on a slam stage, it'd be quite captivatin'... it feels really dark, and i always like poetry that's bold enough to question faith... but i have to admit, my only complaint is that i'm not quite clear as to where this journy led... what i mean is: it felt like you were takin' us somewhere, but despite your descriptions, i'm not sure i got to see the whole picture... maybe you could elaborate a little...

Sup Dae....This was nice....the way you put it together was nice....tha content behind it made me feel like we as people have no hope....and have been beaten to our knees....it wasn't tha kind of fightin resistant spirit which was prolly tha zone um in at tha moment....this dosn't mean that i didn't like or appreciate your piece....
