My understanding is that the soul is a specific part of the spirit. The spirit being the complete makeup of your vehicle. The physical, emotional and mental bodies are all part of the spirit. The physical being the densest form of the spirit. The soul is the part of the spirit that houses the consciousness. Although that may not be the best word because it implies that the consciousness can be contained. More accurately the soul is the part of the spirit where the consciousness is focused so that it may inhabit an individual.

@falcon- tru... tru. it gets kinda tricky tho don't it? for simplicities sake i didn't get into that.

@pale- those diagrams are accurate but can be misleading to the uninitiated, mainly cause the higher planes are non-local, meaning that 3D space and distance, are AND are not, relevant to the point in space where the physical is positioned.

i could interact with you from where i am right now on a higher plane yet be affected by someones aura who is in the room with me.
