dont go, you would definantly get sick at the site. prolly get raped too. it's awful but those big ass heroin dealers trade the fiends tar heroin for OC's, then they sell em for like 10 dollars a piece wholesale. you bring em to the USA an re sell em for 40 to 80 dollars a piece, it's like 500% profit.
