Favorite Track Off Liquid Swords?

Duel of the Iron Mic. I guess it's cuz my 3 favorite members (GZa, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa) are on it. Or it might be the beat. Or both.

When I first heard it, I was tempted to skip it cuz of "Ohhhh mad one, we see your trap,", but I kept listening. Then I heard INS and I was like "Oh yay, Deck," then that sick ass beat came in and I found myself nodding my head. Then you got GZA comin in and he kills it as usual. After that you got ODB and he doesn't do anything too crazy (which I like). Then my favorite part of the song. Masta Killa. He comes in all calm, just flowing with the beat. His verse is dope too. After that INS does some yelling then kills his verse. Then ODB closes.

I'm pretty sure it's in my top 10 Wu songs ever.

I'm pretty sure it's in the Top 10 all time too. In fact I know it is. A good argument would be which is better, Duel or 4th Chamber.

I guess its duel of the iron mics. The level or rawness on that song is still unmatched. The way gza kicks it of is unbelievable.

Damn, that Liquid Swords album is like a book or movie to me. It's hard to choose just one favorite but I'll go with 4th Chamber, something about the beat and everybody's flow on that song stands out, I still get the same feeling today as when I 1st heard it years ago.

4th Chamber is one of my favorite hip hop videos too, real dark and cinematic , I think it captured the feel of the song well. I like the whole war theme at night.

I would like to do a work of art based on one of the songs, when time permits in the near future I will.
