i eat a diet heavy in fruits...vegetables to a lesser extent. turkey is the only lunch meat i eat regularly.

i started this a month ago.

usually start the day of with grains and fruit...snack on another fruit before lunch...for lunch turkey on wheat with a yoplait yogurt.....followed by another fruit for a snack.

    then a sensible dinner.

two times a week I allow myself a cheeseburger type dinner.

Once or twice a week i eat pasta with tomato sauce.

Mostly I just drink water. Cut out almost all soft drinks except for once or twice a week.

occasionallly i'll stop at DQ for a blizzard as a treat or grab a chocolate bar of some sort.

I feel ten times better after this new diet. Much more energy. lovin it.

yoplait yogurts are teh shit, plus they are very good for you.

the got so many flavors too.

Key lim pie, lemon merange, boston creme......its like eating dessert but its not killing your insides.
