    Eminem & Kim Mathers Split Again

    International hip hop star Eminem, AKA Marshall Mathers, has reportedly filed for divorce against his child’s mother, whom he re-married less than three months ago. His label, Interscope Records, yesterday confirmed that the often controversial emcee has filed documents with the Macomb County, Michigan, clerk's office, seeking a divorce from Kim Mathers.

    The two reconciled in December, then re-married a month later, after a heated custody battle that ended in divorce in 2001. Eminem’s representatives have not released a statement as to why he wants a divorce so soon. The Detroit native has used his roller coaster relationship with Ms. Mathers as inspiration for songs like "Stan" and "Kim," in which he raps about stuffing her body in the trunk of a car. In December, amidst rumors to the contrary, Eminem denied that he was heading for retirement. He did admit, however, that he didn’t know where his career was going.
