It's nice man idk though the Afro Samurai character design, because the edges of his clothes are frayed it makes the pic comee off looking amateurish, maybe try blending it in better. Idk lol I'm no expert at this stuff,so.

u should try using illustrator's pen tool, the form will not be pixelated

that's a pretty odd combination
although i do love me some afro's, samurai's and basketball
my feedback would be to make it official by rounding the corners of the red and blue bkg so it looks like the NBA logo. then throw an "afro" text in the lower left corner.
