Playboy has settled a lawsuit with a model who claimed she was injured by an employee who hit her in the butt with a golf tee.

During a Southern California event in 2012, Elizabeth Dickson allegedly agreed to be photographed with Playboy radio co-host Kevin Klein. The “shoot” was supposed to include Klein to hit a golf ball on a tee…that was strategically placed between the model’s butt cheeks. According to U.S. News & World Report, Klein swung the club … and you probably know the rest.

Suing for battery and negligence, Dickson recently informed the Los Angeles Superior Court that the 2014 lawsuit has been settled. In the original lawsuit, she claimed that her injuries caused suffering, pain, and anxiety, Homewood-Flossmoor Patch wrote. The model sought unspecified damages.

However, attorneys for Playboy said that Dickson signed papers that made the company not liable for any legal issues stemming from the Playboy Golf Finals photo shoot.
