    yeah I don't really get it either ... when I click on the % symbol next to my own post, it says I have 14 rep points but the number under my avatar stays 0

    "rep power" is different from "rep points". rep power is how many rep points you give out every time yo rep someone. It is hard to determine your actual rep points besides the estimate of your green squares under your name. It should show in the userCP but it doesnt.

    Only Vaticans can give rep power. Veterans will be able to soon but the amount of rep they can give will be further restricted.

    Actual rep points are showed whenever you press the [%] button of some of your own posts.
