Default Ken Griffey Jr. > the rest

    http://www.baseball-reference.com/g/griffke02.shtml

Arguably the greatest player in MLB history, after Jackie Robinson, for obvious reasons. If he never went to Cincy, he'd easily approach 800 homers. And he still has the sweetest swing in all of the MLB today.

He definitel had a great start but injuries have killed him and he hasn't been the same for a while now. Greatest behind Jackie Robinson??? Eithr your list is pro-black or you don't kno much about baseball cuz Robinson was not the greatest.

I say "The Natural" behind Jackie. For the sake, he broke the baseball color barrier.

And Vanilla Ice broke the hip-hop colour barrier, but I haven't heard anyone call him the greatest rapper of all time.

Click HERE for free mp3 compilations (inc. rare tracks) from:

J Dilla, MF Grimm, Mr. Lif, Poetic aka Grym Reaper, Kool G Rap, RA the Rugged Man, Shabazz, Hell Razah, Timbo King, Jus Allah, Warcloud, Breeze Brewin, Kid Capri, Count Bass D, Insight and more...

He's entitled to his opinion but Robinson obviously wasn't the most talented player ever, even if he had been in the bigs his whole career, which is why people will laugh at that statement.
People would also say that Josh Gibson, Larry Doby and Satchel Paige were all better and all contributed to breaking the color barrier.

Jackie was the most important player to ever play baseball, but not the greatest.

    Lets be serious.

Griffey could sqweak into the Top 50, thats it tho

You forgot to say Ruth was half-black.

    10 players better than Griffey.

    Babe Ruth
    Willie Mays
    Ty Cobb
    Hank Aaron
    Honus Wagner
    Josh Gibson
    Joe Dimaggio
    Mickey Mantle
    Lou Gerhig
    Hank Greenberg

Aight, I'll put Griffey in the Top 50, but somewhere in the 40's region

Griffey was on pace to become one of the greatest but fell off badly at the end of his career w/ injuries and such.
