9.5/10 - I bought this album when it dropped in '99 and I'm still entertained by the story when ever I put it on.. All this great characters involved, Count Mackula, Chris Rock's crackhead, Crazy Lou, etc...

r.i.p. Johan D, Kaddu, Ricke a.k.a. "Slick Rick" and the rest of the fallen soldiers - you'll never be forgotten!
Whats bad about the ending? Just because it wasn't a happy one doesn't make it bad, although the final song where True sticks the knife in is tough to take. In a way thats ill though because it shows you the morality, don't get involved with poisoning communities for papes. For real this album is great, and another thing thats cool is that i've put a couple of these songs on compilations and they stand on there own as well as part of a whole story.
Pure genius concept album with some of the best beats I've ever heard. One of the very best hip-hop albums of the last ten years. Between this and Juggaknots how the fuck hasn't Breeze got a solo career? And what happened to Horror City? They were cool.
Classic 10/10.

It would of been better with videos to accompany it, or one big long video for the entire album, then it wouldve been classic.
Kool Keith on Weapon World is hilarious
they made a whole video version, but all that ended up getting released was the trailer:
