its a fucking classic sample what can I say brings back happy memories of my mispent youth getting up to all kinds of shit. But for me personally this is the best flip of it I've heard so much more soulful the vocals really bring it to life and that scratch that fucking scratch hooooooooooo thats dope!!!

damn you sound like eminem in his infinite days. which if your just starting out is a good thing. as long as you keep it up. its hard for me to accept someone else other than AZ on this sample. songs not bad tho. i woulda liked if the chorus was more full, sounded blank. all and all it has replay value which is good, keep bangin.

big up to dirty knowledge for bumping this thread. I'm bumping this track right now. shit is still ill and I'm listening to classic albums right now. I got one on pause to listen to this and its still ill. Thats tight.

Sometimes I pause what I am listening to to check a track from some unknown myspace artist or else somebody from here and it turns out to not flow with what I was listening to and it makes it hard to go back to what I had on. Doesnt always happen but you know.

    this track is butter

Ok this is my very first piece of feed on Wu Corp so I'm gonna try to be as constructive as possible.

First of all I do love your presence its definitely strong. No complaints there.

Your lyricism is def on point as well.

The mix could probably be better. The beat sounds a bit low and you seem just a bit loud. Your vocals don't seem to be in the pocket of the beat.

Also I think your vocals could definitely benefit from doing a few doubles. You have lines that I personally can catch on to as well as true lyricists on this board but the casual listeners might miss them not because they go over their head but because it wasn't emphasized a lot (I've had this problem in the past) especially on a track like this where words are spit rapidly.

You remind me of them dudes from Typical Cats in Chitown. I'm really feeling your style, other than a the few tidbits I've mentioned I think you are well on your way already towards making a name for yourself. You already have a very distinct identity and a sense of who you are as an emcee on tracks, something it takes some emcees years to find.

By the way whoever made the beat def has skills. Lovin the El Debarge sample.
