Out of Business is the sixth album from Hip Hop duo EPMD, which changed its initialism for the release from Erick & Parrish Making Dollars to Erick & Parrish Millennium Ducats. This effort proved to be its least successful, critically and commercially, this being its only album not to be certified gold.

Superior album, with plenty of decent trackz!!! Production is just on another level, and lyricaly album is very, very dope!!!! I'm voting for Superior just cuz I don't find it on the same level as Strictly Business & Back In Business!!

Just because i like 5 songs from the album doesn't mean that it's not wack to me. Overall it's a wack album. There's plenty of rap albums that i think are wack but i like some songs from the albums.
